Q I just download Library Books and it does not work.
A Double check that you have entered in your login and password correctly. Check the the library status page to see if you library is working or not.

For the iPhone app my library is listed as supported but I can't find it in the list on the app.
A The new libraries are not visible if version 1.0 is previously installed. To fix the problem:
- Press the refresh button in to top-right on the loans page. Then try add your library card.
- If you still cannot find your library then uninstall and reinstall the app.

Will it work with my Library?
A Check the supported libraries list. If your library is not listed you can request it to be added.

Why does Library Books 3 not support all the libraries in the 2.6 version?
A Library Books 3 will eventually support all the old libraries. Library Books 3 is a ground-up rewrite so the old libraries need to be coded and tested one at a time.
